Public-interest initiative in formation

Making cancer care records easier to understand and organize.

MyOncode is both a founder-led initiative and an open-source project. We are building tools for patients and families to keep treatment information together, with careful human review wherever AI helps structure a record.

Care information, kept in context.

People living with cancer and their caregivers often need to revisit reports, treatment history, symptoms, and follow-up information across many appointments. MyOncode (知见) is an open-source project developing a place to organize those records for personal reference and conversations with clinicians.

It is an information-management tool. It does not provide diagnosis, choose treatments, or replace clinical judgment.

01

Collect

Bring reports and treatment notes into a coherent record.

02

Review

Check AI-assisted extraction before saving structured information.

03

Revisit

Follow the timeline, measurements, symptoms, and next steps over time.

Measuring what AI misses, and what people correct.

We are planning a non-commercial study of AI-assisted extraction and human review for longitudinal oncology records. The proposed evaluation would use synthetic records and reference annotations, without submitting real patient records to this study.

Define the taskSpecify fields, review rules, and reproducible synthetic examples.
Measure failure casesCompare extracted information with reference annotations, including omissions and errors.
Measure review effortRecord the corrections needed before information can be saved for personal record management.
This is a proposed direction, not a completed clinical study. The protocol, collaborators, and publication plan are still being developed. MyOncode is not currently a registered nonprofit research institute or formally affiliated with an eligible research institution.

Follow the work.
